The delivery times quoted apply if the goods you have ordered are in stock. It is not possible to give an exact date for internet orders.
We will keep you up to date by email with the status of your order: when it is being processed, when it has been despatched, etc. You can also log onto your account to watch progress there.
We can deliver to all areas of the globe, although we do reserve the right to refuse orders or request alternative methods of payment from certain countries.
Returns
If, for any reason, you are disatisfied with any product you purchase from us, please return it in an unused condition and in the original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of your goods - sorry, but we cannot refund postage.
