Terms and Conditions

HB Longbone is dedicated to customer satisfaction. When you place an order here, do so in the confidence that the following terms and conditions apply:

Payment

You may pay for your order using most credit or debit cards.

All transactions are in £ Sterling. The security measures put in place to ensure your card number is encrypted mean that you can buy with total confidence that your purchase is risk-free. However, you can also place an order over the phone. We do accept payment by cheque but goods will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.

VAT

All prices are inclusive of British sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If you wish to order from a non-UK country, please contact us.

Delivery

Your order will be processed upon receipt during regular working hours. Providing all items are in stock, delivery will be within 7 working days. However, in exceptional circumstances, you should allow 28 days for delivery. You will be informed immediately if an order is likely to take longer than the standard 7 working days, and given the chance to either cancel or amend your order. If you do not receive an order which has been dispatched to you, contact us via email or by telephone.

Any order can be cancelled by contacting our customer service department either by telephone or by email.

Should an item be out of stock you will be notified as soon as possible. If there is a further delay you will be notified by phone or email.

Our Promise to You

We source products that are of a high quality and are made with great care. However if you wish to return an item for refund or exchange please send it back in its original packaging and in saleable condition within 7 days of receipt. Please note that P&P and returns postage are direct costs and cannot be refunded. Please get a proof of postage or send the item recorded; we regret that we cannot be responsible for any returns that get lost in the post. Full returns details are found on the back of the dispatch note included in your parcel.

Refunds and Exchanges

Exchange orders will be processed upon receipt and your replacement items will be delivered in accordance to our delivery terms.

Items returned for refund will be credited back in the manner that you paid for them and are processed as soon as possible, generally within 10 days of receipt.

With items that have arrived in an unsatisfactory condition or damaged during transit, please notify us of the problem immediately and we will either send you a replacement or provide you with a full refund including any delivery cost (where applicable). Refunds will not be issued until goods are received back at our distribution centre.

If you have simply changed your mind or ordered an incorrect size then we will still provide a full refund.

We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels and strongly recommend that you obtain suitable proof of posting when returning goods. You may cancel your order at any time before goods are shipped. These terms conditions are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer which remain unaffected.

Multibuy Discounts

Multibuy discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Product Reproduction

We have made every effort to ensure that colour reproduction of images and product text descriptions are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations may occur. Please note that photographs are for representational purposes only and are not necessarily to scale.

Consequential Loss

HB Longbone will not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from breach of duty in contract or any other way. Liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Data Protection

The information collected by HB Longbone when you register with us on our website is generally used to communicate with you and improve our services where possible, and specifically, to process payments or enable third parties to carry out technical or commercial supporting functions. These functions may be carried out by us or appointed third parties who are bound by Data Protection covenants and must process the personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Data Protection Laws of Scotland.
